Acupuncture
Acupuncture is based on a complex Chinese philosophy utilizing needles placed in points along the energy pathways in the body. The needles redirect the Life Force energy bringing it to a dynamic harmony of yin and yang, thereby assisting the body to heal itself.

Ayurveda
Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient Indian system that focuses on establishing and maintaining a balance of the life energies within us. It defines proper health as a physical, mental, and spiritual equilibrium. It recognizes five basic body constitutions that need to be treated differently. Seeing health as a balance of the human physiology with the universal energy that regulates all natural process, it recognizes the need for a harmony of the mind and body. There is a great attention to diet based on an individual’s constitution, to the excretory systems and cleansing techniques to remove toxins, and the use of herbal remedies.

Body Psychotherapy
Body Psychotherapy (also known as body-oriented psychotherapy) is a branch of Somatic Psychology and Psychotherapy with origins in clinical psychology and in the work of Pierre Janet and Sigmund Freud. Body psychotherapy addresses both the body and the mind as a whole with emphasis on the reciprocal relationships within body and mind. (Wikipedia.com)

Energy Healing
Energy Healing or Energy Work is therapy that addresses life issues through body, mind and spirit. By releasing burdensome experiences from our energy field where all memories from this and every other lifetime are stored, we feel lighter, healthier and happier.
There are many particular form of Energy Healing including Tong Ren, Yuen Energetics, Chakra Therapies, etc. Ask your practitioner for more information.

Homeopathy
Natural substances are diluted to the point that none of the original substance remains, yet the energy or essence of it remains. When the pellets are ingested sublingually, the body responds to the energy in them by restoring the body’s own natural defense system. The process of choosing the proper remedy is based on the “law of similars” in that the symptoms exhibited by the illness match the response the body would have to that substance in its pure undiluted form. The selection of the proper remedy is based on the observation of physical, mental, and emotional states and the healing is seen as an evolving process involving all three states.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is the best example of mind over matter. With the brain in the theta state as opposed to the normal waking state of beta, hypno-anesthesia can be used in place of chemical anesthesia for surgery. Because we are more in control of our experience of the physical body than we realize, hypnosis can actually allow us to alter the energy field so as to eliminate the experience of pain. It is similar to the effect of adrenalin numbing pain in a crisis.

Massage / Healing Massage
Although massage seems like it is just about relaxation, it actually stimulates blood flow and energy flow, correcting blockages and releasing negative energy that is held in the body. Healing massage therapists channel healing energy through their bodies to the client’s body whether they are conscious of it or not. There are many types of healing massage, each with a unique benefit.

Pilates
Pilates was formed by Joseph Pilates during the First World War with the proposal to improve the rehabilitation program for the many returning veterans. Joseph Pilates believed that mental and physical health are essential to one another. He recommended a few, precise movements emphasizing control and form to aid injured soldiers in regaining their health by strengthening, stretching, and stabilizing key muscles. Pilates created "The Pilates Principles" to condition the entire body: proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement. (Wikipedia.com)

Qigong
Qigong is a Chinese practice involving motion of the hands bringing the opposing yin and yang energies together. These two forces meet and swirl around each other in a spiral. This cultivates the Qi or life force energy thereby strengthening all of the body functions. This puts the body in a state of optimum health where it can best resist infection and heal itself. There are many moving and non-moving forms of qigong.

Reflexology
Reflexology or zone therapy is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health. (Wikipedia.com)

Reiki
With Reiki and hands-on type healings, the practitioner asks the Creator for the healing of the client. Then, the God/Creator energy enters through the top of the head and out the hands of the practitioner to the client’s body. The energy is “intelligent” and knows where to go and exactly what is best for the client.

Rising Star Healing
The Rising Star is a complimentary healing system that raises the vibration of the aura (human energy field) and the field around every living thing. The Rising Star allows the practitioner and the receiver to still the mind and transfer divine life energy to the part of your being that needs it most, for your healing and rebalancing to full health. Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling involves the use of intuition and/or channeled information from spirit guides, deceased loved ones, angels, higher powers or other sources to help people to resolve disharmonious relationships, solve personal problems, resolve karmic imbalances and empower themselves to create their own reality. Spiritual counselors help people to seek the truth and transform their lives through wisdom, awareness and enlightenment.

ThetaHealing
ThetaHealing is a painless mind-body-spirit healing technique used to treat physical and/or psychological problems. In a psychological sense, destructive thought patterns may be the sole reason for a person's illness, depression, stress, unhappiness or lack of success. The practitioner enters the theta brain wave state of meditation and with the client’s consent identifies and rewrites the negative core beliefs, producing instant beneficial changes.

Tong Ren Energy Healing
Tong Ren energy healing is a therapy for internally healing a patient’s energy system by accessing the universal Chi through the collective unconscious, as defined by Dr. Carl Jung. It is believed that as our awareness of and research on the positive results of Chi energy healing grows, not only from the Tong Ren Energy Healing but also through the results seen in participants from previous classes, Chi energy will build and become more powerful and effective.

Yuen Energetics
Yuen Energetics is based on an ancient energy healing practice that identifies the specific root causes of illnesses and injuries, and then corrects them rather than merely treating the symptoms. At times it is possible through this technique to affect the level of physical pain a person is experiencing but more importantly it seeks out and affects the underlying origin of the pain, which may be located on the “earthy” mental, emotional and psychological levels of consciousness or on the “outer” psychic and spiritual levels.
